Degrees is an iOS weather app by Siddharth M. Bhatia. It’s available for free on the App Store.
Degrees makes temperatures make sense by comparing current and future conditions to yesterday.
Discussing the app, Siddharth says:
“Degrees shows you yesterday’s conditions, allowing you to actually compare the weather today to what you experienced yesterday—no other service makes this historical information readily apparent. It’s hard to know what 72 degrees feels like; it’s much more impactful to say today will be two degrees warmer than yesterday, and tomorrow will be slightly cooler than today.”
Siddharth is a senior at Piedmont High School in Piedmont, California. Along with Degrees, he’s created Pocket Congress, an app for keeping track of your representatives.
